Proper ductwork data

House has two trunks for the duct work on the same system. One in the attic and one in the closed crawlspace. For the ducts do I set the % so that it equals 100% between the two sections? Meaning I have one duct section at 65% and the other at 35%... is that correct?

Hi Justin,

How does the ductwork connect from the attic to the crawl space? Assuming it is a drop that runs through conditioned space you would estimate the percentage the drop takes up and omit that from the total. So if 10% of the ductwork is in conditioned space the other two sections might end up being 60% and 30%.
