We have a beta release of a Manual S program here: https://www.coolcalc.com/hvac/manual-s/ . However, it has not undergone ACCA approval and only contains Carrier brand test data that is unfortunately a couple of years out of date at this point. Our intention is to try to get our new version of our Manual J software soon and then shift some focus back to our Manual S application. In the mean time you can download the ACCA Manual S speed sheet here: http://www.acca.org/standards/speedsheets. It is an Excel form where you can just fill in the Manufacturer performance data and verify it meets Manual S requirements.
