Hi Barry,

When you get to step 2 you can click on the blue system header and drill down into the wall, ceiling, and other components. All R-values and square footage values are completely editable.

As far as commercial buildings go, Manual j only applies to residential structures. Commercial buildings require a Manual N software program.
