This was my first attempt, I had traced 1st, 2nd and basement and had gone to the details page an realized something was off - went back and adjusted the average height but also deleted and readded a floor and went I went back to details only two floors were shown and the heat/cool requirements were 1/2'd. I had to close the browser and came back to the system and the corrected info carried over.
