Figuring wall height of gable wall cathedral ceiling

What height should be input for a gable wall with cathedral ceiling? What is the thought process here?

peak of ceiling = 15.5 ft.
ceiling height at beginning and end of wall = 9 ft.
wall length = 32 ft

I've personally use an average. Does not really affect the load in my opinion. I've tried getting things perfect and found that using the correct windows specs, insulation values, and house tightness is the key.
