I'm building a "raised ranch" house, which is a 2-story house where the lower level is a finished walkout level and the rear part of the lower level is below grade.  It isn't entirely clear how I do this in CoolCalc.  I tried specifying the rooms in the front as 0 feet below grade and the rooms in the rear as 8.5 feet below grade, but I get an error message stating "pq: The floor construction details for the home appear to be inconsistent."
