Looking at prior posts I don't understand why most have no responses.  I used coolcalc this weekend for the first time primarily on an ipad because my old and slow laptopa and desktop pc's were slow or would go into some kind of super slow motion.  I found on two occasions that the application faulted, the first time I lost all my data.  I then began to save after completing each space in my only zone. I had to use my old and slow laptop pc in order to read the comments associated with the question mark icons by holding the cursor over the ? icon. I also used my old and slow desktop pc to print the pdf. Based on other internet sizing per square foot estimates, the heating loads calculated are low, 20 btu/ft2 versus 28 from Load-Calc, and the cooling loads high. good luck
