I did a load calculation and found that it is somewhat difficult to draw the structure. Not to mention that if you draw the footprint, you still have to go in and manually edit to remove unconditioned areas such as a garage. After going through all of the manual adjustments and completing the load, both the heating and cooling loads are significantly low when compared to another Manual J program. I noticed that even though, I added data for the duct system it added no gain or loss for the duct.
Any suggestions?
