Add the ability to change the default year

Currently Cool Calc uses Zillow to determine the year the house was built. Users should be able to override this year if the home has significant renovations.

Official comment

The earliest Energy Code adopted in the US was around 1983. Canadian Energy Codes go back a little further. The software will model all homes built prior to 1983 the same in the US, and all homes prior to 1950 the same in Canada. So in the case of a 1923 home, just enter 1950.

Why is the lowest year built 1950? Can I enter 1923 and continue without error defaulting?
