Anyone else have issue with loss of data - every single time?

I have put about 5 hours into this product and I have completely lost hours and hours of work every single time. I am using a brand new laptop and have tried both Chrome and IE browsers. I am hitting the Save button after every room. What gives?

Hi Pam,

We have uncovered an issue that we are working on that could result in the loss of data in certain situations when a combination of multiple zones or systems are added. When you hit the save button on step 2 it is important to see if the page refreshes and the graphs recalculate. If the page appears to do nothing when you hit save that typically means there is a validation issue in one of your sections. Although we try to draw attention to every validation error that occurs, it is possible that we missed one and you may be omitting certain required fields that are causing the project to not save.

Please try creating your project as a single system with 1 zone and let me know if you still experience loss of data. If so, we would be happy to perform a screen share over the phone to try to determine what is going on.
