Our support agents have the ability to instantly spoof into the account, see what's going on with a project, and provide necessary guidance. Very often, we can provide better responses this way (screenshots, links, etc) than if we were to provide support over the phone. We can also have simultaneous conversations with multiple users at the same time. With over 150k users, it would be difficult to staff our organization in a way that would allow for the same experience over the phone without a drastically different pricing model. We will consider higher priced subscription models in the future that come with phone support if there is user demand for this service.
