Can't add any basement rooms

I created a three-story house but have come to realize that limitations in CoolCalc mean that I should actually create a 2 story house with a basement. In reality, the house is on a hillside and all three stories have some slab on grade and two of the stories have partially-underground walls. One problem is that I can't move rooms between floors, so I basically have to redo all of my data entry (which is truly horrible). Another problem is that I can't create any rooms in the basement. I always get an error message after trying to save the exterior walls: "The floor construction details for the home appear to be inconsistent." But it's unclear why.

More than likely, the issue is that you do not have a "Basement Floor" construction feature. For example, if you change the basement floor to "Slab on Grade" and then try to add a basement that is below ground you will receive the error you are referencing because slab on grade is only intended for floors than are less than 2-ft below ground while a basement is defined as a room more than 2ft below ground on average. If you create a ticket and reference your project we can take a look.

I get the same message with 2 story house with basement room by room mode.

Why and what should I do for this?
